Refunds

Full Fees will be refunded if a course does not start. We regret that no other refunds can be made.

 

Enrol online

When you complete the online booking form we will get back to you by phone or email to complete enrolment and confirm your place on the course. Please read our terms for online enrolment here.

We shall ask for your credit or debit card number, or ask you to send in a cheque made payable to Portslade Adult Learning CIC, or bring in cash to reserve your place.

Course place are not confirmed until the necessary payment has been received.

 

Enrol in person

You can enrol at any of our Centres, using cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

Please note that if you have enrolled in person you will not hear from us unless the course you have chosen is not going to take place or we make changes to the course including change of date and time.

Please assume that you have been enrolled and come along to the first lesson at the time stated in the course information section.

 

Concessions

PACA Adult Learning concessions are applicable to tuition fees only, unless otherwise stated. Not all courses are eligible for concessions. PACA Adult Learning is only able to offer a student one concession per enrolment. This is the same policy when enrolling online, in our centres or via the telephone.

 

Course Fees

Current prices are published in our brochures and on the website. These prices are subject to change. The total price quoted is the amount payable in order to secure a course place. The total price includes tuition costs and examination fees, where applicable. Some courses may include a supplement for additional materials or registration fees with awarding bodies associated with that specific course and where a supplement is listed there are no concessions on the figures stated. Full Fees will be refunded if a course does not start. We regret that no other refunds can be made.

 

Course changes and cancellations

Although courses usually run as advertised, we reserve the right to alter or change courses as necessary. If occasional sessions have to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, alternative dates will be arranged and no refunds will be granted. We also do not grant refunds on the grounds of a change of tutor or venue. If it becomes necessary to close or cancel your course, your fees will be refunded.

 

Venue closures

Although we make every effort to ensure that our venues remain open, in the case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen events, venue closures are sometimes unavoidable.
