Course Fees

Current prices are published in our brochures and on the website. These prices are subject to change. The total price quoted is the amount payable in order to secure a course place. The total price includes tuition costs and examination fees, where applicable. Some courses may include a supplement for additional materials or registration fees with awarding bodies associated with that specific course and where a supplement is listed there are no concessions on the figures stated.

Refunds

Full Fees will be refunded if a course does not start. We regret that no other refunds can be made.

Acceptable Behaviour

At PACA Adult Learning, we are committed to putting learners at the heart of our service. However, there are occasions when learners can act in a way a staff member might consider unacceptable. PACA Adult Learning expects its staff and other students to be treated in a respectful manner and, whilst it is understood that people sometimes get frustrated, we will not tolerate behaviour which is deemed unacceptable, threatening, abusive or unreasonably persistent.

PACA Adult Learning reserve the right to refuse an enrolment.

Course changes and cancellations

Although courses usually run as advertised, we reserve the right to alter or change courses as necessary. If occasional sessions have to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, alternative dates will be arranged and no refunds will be granted. We also do not grant refunds on the grounds of a change of tutor or venue. If it becomes necessary to close or cancel your course, your fees will be refunded.

Venue closures

Although we make every effort to ensure that our venues remain open, in the case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen events, venue closures are sometimes unavoidable.

Students are advised to refer to the PACA Adult Learning Adverse Weather Procedure on the website.
