COURSE CONTENT

The course is designed to be a fun and an informative introduction to Customer Services and will provide you with valuable skills that can be applied within any organisation.

COURSE AIMS/OBJECTIVES

  • Understand the benefits to the organisation of good customer service
  • Understand the possible consequences of poor customer service
  • Understand the value of first impressions
  • Understand positive verbal and non-verbal interaction with customers
  • Understand his/her role in dealing with complaints from customers

TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS

Learning will take place in a relaxed environment and will consist of audio-visual material, group tasks, discussions and practical exercises.


COURSE LEVEL/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • No previous experience or knowledge required.
  • Learners will be required to build a portfolio of evidence and will be expected to complete written tasks.


HOW PROGRESS IS CHECKED DURING COURSE

  • A portfolio of evidence will be produced.
  • Regular writen and verbal feedback.
  • 85% attendance required


EXTRA STUDY OR PRACTICE REQUIRED AT HOME

A small amount of additional work will be required between sessions.


MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE COURSE

Pen, notebook and folder.
