COURSE CONTENT

Class time will be spent in simple conversation, with an emphasis on idiomatic expresssions used in daily speech, grammar clarifications, pronounciation and vocabulary building. You will be able to put into practice what you have already learnt during previous Spanish classes. If you are currently studying another Spanish class, the tutor will incorporate the topics into this conversational class.

COURSE AIMS/OBJECTIVES

TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS

Activities focus on small group and pair work, as well as individual presentations and active participation, i.e. role plays, games etc. The tutor will only intervene to clarify aspects of the language that arise during the conversation, thus serving as a moderator.


COURSE LEVEL/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This course is suitable for students who already have a basic knowledge of the language.


HOW PROGRESS IS CHECKED DURING COURSE

There will be an informal assessment during the class.


EXTRA STUDY OR PRACTICE REQUIRED AT HOME

You will gain more from this class if you practice regularly at home.
