COURSE CONTENT

Improve posture, core strength, flexibility and reduce the effects of stress. Progressively become more aware of your own body, to enable you to work at a pace that is suitable for your needs and ability. COURSE LEVEL/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Suitable for returning students and anyone wishing to improve their fitness level and body awareness through Pilates. You do not need to have any knowledge and experience of Pilates, as you will be guided and you can work at your own pace.


HOW PROGRESS IS CHECKED DURING COURSE

By communicating during and at the end of each session and by completing short learning outcome forms at the beginning, middle and end of the course.


EXTRA STUDY OR PRACTICE REQUIRED AT HOME

None. However, exercises and techniques can be practised at home.


MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE COURSE

Please wear comfortable clothes and trainers; bring with you a mat, towel, cushion and drinking water.
