  • COURSE CONTENT

    • This is a perfect course if you wish to boost your confidence and gaining benefits such as: stress relief, light endurance for the heart, better circulation system and conditioning your body and mind.


    TEACHING AND LEARNING METHODS

    Instructions given orally and visually via the use of Google Meet tool.

    Students need to be able to use the PC and be familiar with Google Meet tool. There are online tutorials available for the students.

    Encourage the use of WhatsApp for sharing detailed instructions, anticipated questions and communications via a WhatsApp group. To ensure all instructions are easy to follow. .

    The tutor will make a first contact, before the course begins, with each student.

    The tutor will create an introductory activity to put at ease the learners and explaining the format of the lesson. Tutor will encourage sharing and interaction within the group.

    Students will be supported in the use of Moodle, the college Virtual Learning Environmen, to complete their homework,


    COURSE LEVEL/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

    Suitable for all levels of fitness and anyone wishing to improve their fitness level and body conditioning. Anyone can attend this type of workout which can be adapted for any level of fitness. You do not need to have any knowledge and experience.


    HOW PROGRESS IS CHECKED DURING COURSE

    By communicating during and at the end of each session.


    EXTRA STUDY OR PRACTICE REQUIRED AT HOME

    None. However, exercises and techniques can be practiced at home (it is recommended primarily to observe safety).


    MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE COURSE

    Please wear comfortable clothes, shoes and have with you a bottle of water.

    A peaceful place to participate in the course from.
