    COURSE LEVEL/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

    Suitable for all levels of fitness and anyone wishing to improve their fitness level and body conditioning. Anyone can attend this type of workout which can be adapted for any level of fitness. You do not need to have any knowledge and experience in boxing.


    HOW PROGRESS IS CHECKED DURING COURSE

    By communicating during and at the end of each session.


    EXTRA STUDY OR PRACTICE REQUIRED AT HOME

    None. However, exercises and techniques can be practiced at home (it is recommended primarily to observe safety).


    MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE COURSE

    Please wear comfortable clothes and trainers; bring with your own boxing gloves if you wish so, a towel, and a bottle of water.

    N.B. Training material (pads and gloves) is provided.

    Continue to exercise and participate in the following Boxercise course to maintain the fitness level gained and improving boxing skills.
