The Access Diploma is recognised by the majority of UK universities and has no upper-age limitation. Access courses are typically one year long.
The Access pathway is suitable for those seeking Social Science related Higher Education, including degrees in Social Work, Teaching, Psychology, Sociology and Criminology, Law, Adult Nursing, Child Nursing, Paramedic Science, Midwifery, Operating Department Practice, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
